I'm not a travel agent and I've never pretended to be. I spent 18 years building businesses and technology, solving real problems for real people. Travel was the thing I loved and the thing that kept letting me down.
I've been the customer who arrived at the wrong hotel. The dad whose kids couldn't find halal food because nobody mentioned it. The husband who couldn't reach his agency on a Sunday. So I built the agency I always wished existed. I'm the person you'll talk to first, and I'm on WhatsApp the whole way through.

MY ROLE AT ZAVIAMO:
I bring the tech mindset: systems, processes, efficiency, but with a human touch. I personally work with many of our clients to design their trips, and I'm always available on WhatsApp.
When you work with Zaviamo, you might get a message from me at 10pm saying, "I found a better hotel option for you, same price, better location. Interested?"
That's just how I operate.

I spent years inside Qatar Airways, working with thousands of passengers through delays, missed connections, and the moments when travel goes wrong. I know how flights connect, how layovers really work, and where operators quietly cut corners travelers never see.
That's what I bring to every Zaviamo itinerary. Clear documents. Reachable support. Plans that still hold when the real world doesn't cooperate. I'm also the one who answers your "silly" questions, like whether your mother can walk to the hotel from the Haram. They're never silly.

I bring industry expertise and a deep understanding of customer service. I work directly with clients, especially families, honeymooners, and first-time travelers, to design experiences that match their needs perfectly.
I'm also the person who answers your "silly questions" (they're never silly) like:
- • "What should I pack for Turkey in March?"
- • "Will my elderly mother be able to walk to the hotel from Haram?"
- • "Can we get halal food in Azerbaijan?"
I LOVE these questions because they show you care about getting it right. And so do we.
